Growth Lead:

We’re looking for an exceptional individual to lead growth at Rex. As the first business hire, you will play a critical role in building out Rex’s strategy for user growth and engagement.

This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an exciting early-stage, venture-backed start-up and drive 0 to 1 growth for a new consumer app. This role will work directly with and report to the CEO.

You will:

• Own the full end-to-end go-to-market strategy and 0 to 1 launch plan of a brand new consumer app about to emerge from stealth
• Identify and prioritize target user segments, and develop strategies and supporting tactics to onboard those user communities onto the platform
• Be the voice of the customer: gather insights from Rexers and work hand-in-hand with the product and engineering team on features and improvements that increase retention and engagement
• Build relationships with Rexers, and share their stories on Rex’s organic marketing channels
• Analyze the impact of growth initiatives to drive product adoption and engagement

You have:

• 3-5+ years experience working in consumer tech - PMM, marketing, strategy, or start-up experience a plus!
