Marketing Lead, Community & Growth:
We’re looking for an exceptional individual to lead marketing efforts to help grow and nurture Rex’s early community. As the first business hire, you will play a critical role in building out Rex’s strategy for user growth and engagement.
This role is an outstanding opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an early-stage, venture-backed consumer start-up and help shape our vision and roadmap as a key member of the team. This role will work directly with and report to the CEO.
You will:
- Conceptualize, validate, and execute various marketing, community and partnerships initiatives to help drive new users to the platform
- Identify and onboard new communities of people onto Rex
- Build relationships with Rexers and share their stories on Rex’s organic marketing channels
- Facilitate Rexer discovery events and education sessions
- Help analyze conversion of growth initiatives to drive product adoption and engagement
- Gather user insights and work hand-in-hand with the product and engineering team on product features and improvements that increase user retention and engagement
You have:
- 3-5+ years experience in marketing, community, product marketing, or strategy - previous start-up experience a strong plus!
